i felt a bit let down by the spa. i understand they are a separate company, but that doesn't excuse the uncomfortable way they pushed for extra services, it reminded me of a scam. having a good massage after a long day is important to me, and this experience made me think twice about staying again the price felt too high for what i got.

I found the staff very friendly. basement parking was available and convenient. the beds were comfortable. the location suited my needs. the hotel is close to the airport which was very helpful since i had a very early flight. restaurants are conveniently nearby. It was easy to find a good meal without going far. the deira city center is within walking distance.
the hotel spa is contracted to a third party. this slightly detracted from my stay as their services were not up to par. i believe the hotel should review this partnership, otherwise my stay was satisfactory.

The room was immaculate. Cleaning occurred daily. sheets and towels were changed regularly. tea and coffee supplies were consistently replenished. the cleaning team maintained the room in perfect condition.

Breakfast included many options. There were diverse choices. the flavors catered to various tastes. the presentation of the food was appealing. i found the dining area clean and well kept

The reception staff were polite. they were also friendly and helpful. staff accommodated requests for early check-in and late check-out. This was due to flight times. ebtsam at reception was especially cooperative. Her hospitality was really liked.

The hotel is a short walk from deira city center. The metro station is also nearby. the location provides easy access to transport. being only minutes from the airport is very convenient. Travel times are reduced significantly.

i felt so welcomed here. raghda and ibtisam at the front desk were really helpful and friendly and always quick with our requests. the cleaning crew was also very helpful. i appreciated raghda's constant smile.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the hotel lobby.

breakfast offers a wide variety of foods daily. i especially liked the fresh fruit options. daud, who helps with breakfast, always had a smile and was eager to assist with anything needed.
